This Grapevine Texas anniversary session was so perfect!

Blake and Roni got married in July last year in DFW and as most married couples would agree, the first year of your marriage goes by so quickly. I’m a huge advocate for having photos taken on each anniversary so you can see how you and your spouse have grown in the past year.

It is always so special to document any milestone in a marriage! Downtown Grapevine is one the cutest towns around Dallas and quite possibly one of my favorite places for a session. A few days before the session I reached out to Roni asking what dress she was planning on wearing. She sent me a few options decided that this beautiful white ruffled dress was perfect. Roni bought this dress to wear for a wedding shower but never got the opportunity. So glad she chose to wear it for her anniversary session!

As you can see in the photos they truly are completely in love with each other. The way Blake looks at Roni and the way her eyes glisten just melts my heart. These two really knocked it out of the park for their session! They were very outgoing and candid which made my job so easy! We started out in the Grapevine botanical garden and then wandered our way to downtown Grapevine and got some pictures in front of city hall, The Palace Theatre and ended our session around Hotel Vin. Honestly, this session was so perfect and will forever be a favorite of mine!
